Nagpur Power board to meet November 13 to review quarterly financial results

Nagpur Power and Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Trading window for the company's directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, and their immediate relatives was closed on October 01, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
