Arman Financial Services Limited announced that its Nomination & Remuneration Committee has allotted 1,260 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each to an eligible employee under the “Arman -Employee Stock Option Plan 2023” (ESOP -2023), increasing the company's equity share capital to 1,05,47,592 shares, aggregating to Rs 10,54,75,920.
