Vedant Fashions Limited re-designates Aman Kumar Gupta as Chief Business Officer, effective November 6

Vedant Fashions Limited announced the re-designation of Mr. Aman Kumar Gupta from Chief Retail Officer to Chief Business Officer, effective November 6, 2026, while he will continue as Senior Management. The company’s board also approved the grant of 9,887 stock options under the VFL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 – Scheme Pratham, as amended, and the VFL Employee Stock Option Plan 2018, as amended, with an exercise price of Rs 505.70 per stock option.
