Artemis ADR Marketplace to review financial results and appoint key personnel November 13

Artemis ADR Marketplace Limited, formerly known as Jetmall Spices and Masala Limited, will hold a board meeting on November 13, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026, approve a variation in the utilization of funds from a preferential issue of convertible warrants, appoint Mr. Unni Krishnan Nair as Manager and Whole Time Key personnel, and address a draft notice of a postal ballot for shareholder approval, among other matters. The company also announced that the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the publication of the unaudited financial results.
