Himatsingka Seide Limited finalized Rs 34 crore NCDs with a 11.50% coupon rate

Himatsingka Seide Limited has allotted Series 1 Listed NCDs of Rs 34 crore and modified the terms of the remaining balance of Series 1 Listed NCDs, amounting to Rs 235 crore, along with a green shoe option of up to Rs 241 crore, on a private placement basis. The company also plans to issue Series 2 Listed NCDs aggregating to Rs 35 crore with a green shoe option of up to Rs 5 crore, also on a private placement basis, according to a regulatory filing on November 5, 2026. The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 11.50% per annum, payable quarterly, and the principal will be repaid in three installments over 42 months.
