GMR Energy Limited formed GMR Andhra Pradesh Renewable Energy-II with Rs 5 lakh in capital

GMR Power & Urban Infra Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, GMR Energy Limited, has incorporated GMR Andhra Pradesh Renewable Energy -II Limited (GAPREL -II) with a current paid-up capital of Rs 5 lakh to explore business opportunities in the renewable energy space, and GEL presently holds 100% stake in GAPREL -II.
