Chatterbox Technologies will review financial results at a November board meeting, per SEBI

Chatterbox Technologies Limited, formerly known as Chatterbox Technologies Private Limited, will hold a board meeting on November 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the half year ended September 30, 2026, and to take note of a limited review report from the statutory auditors, as per SEBI regulations. The company also closed the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, which will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are released to the public.
