Healthy Life Agritec Limited will hold a board meeting on November 14, 2026, at its registered office to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The company has closed its trading window for directors, officers, and designated employees from October 1, 2026, and it will remain closed until 48 hours after the board meeting’s conclusion, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
