Aeroflex Neu Limited receives Rs 32.4 crore from convertible warrant conversion

Aeroflex Neu Limited announced the allotment of 48,00,000 equity shares following the conversion of an equal number of convertible warrants, receiving Rs 32,40,00,000 in consideration. The allotment, approved by the company’s board on November 05, 2026, increases the company’s paid-up equity share capital to 3,05,96,000 shares with a total value of Rs 30,59,60,000. Aeroflex Enterprises Limited, Benani Capital Scheme-1, and VPK Global Venture Fund received allotments of 36,00,000, 6,00,000, and 6,00,000 shares respectively.
