Koiya International to approve quarterly, half-year results at November board meeting

Koiya International Limited, formerly known as Popees Cares Limited, will hold a board meeting on Saturday, November 14, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and a limited review report thereon. The company closed its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders on October 1, 2026, and it will reopen 48 hours after the unaudited financial results are declared to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
