Inter State Oil Carrier Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, 13th November 2026, at 3:00 PM to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2026, as per SEBI regulations. The trading window for equity shares of the company has been closed for designated persons and their relatives since 1st October 2026 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
