Shivchem Agro Limited to convene a board meeting to review financial results

Shivchem Agro Limited, formerly Shivchem Agro Private Limited, will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, and appoint a Secretarial Auditor, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited.
