Accedere Ltd share price gained 4.98% to Rs 45.14 after the company's net profit surged by 100% to Rs 0.14 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 6.93% to Rs 1.08 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Accedere Ltd stood at Rs 0.21 crore in Q3 FY26, surging by 133.33% year-on-year, and jumping 133.33% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 0 crore, plunging by 166.67% YoY and tanking 161.54% sequentially.
Total expenses increased by 11.83% to Rs 1.04 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.54 crore, remaining flat YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations advanced 13.70% to Rs 4.15 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 371.43% to Rs 0.66 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA plunged by 79% to Rs 1.05 crore, and PBT surged 500% to Rs 0.84 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 0.81 crore in FY26, as against Rs 0.69 crore in FY25.
Accedere Ltd crashed 32.54% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 7.38% during the same period.
