Stanley Lifestyles Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Manju Sandeep as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective November 4, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Ms. Sandeep is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has experience in corporate secretarial practice, corporate governance, statutory compliance, and regulatory affairs, previously serving as a consultant at Vinu and Associates and with Supra Pacific Financial Services Limited, and currently serves as an Independent Director of Selzer Polymers Limited.
