Rossell Techsys secures Rs 299.99 crore via preferential share allotment to SBI Mutual Fund

Rossell Techsys Limited announced the allotment of 25,72,898 equity shares on a preferential basis at a price of Rs 1,166 per share, including a premium of Rs 1,164, to raise Rs 299.99 crore. The allotment was approved by the company's board of directors, shareholders via an extraordinary general meeting, and received in-principle approvals from the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. SBI Mutual Fund, through various schemes, and SBI Optimal Equity Fund were the allottees, with SBI Mutual Fund accounting for 5.75% of the post-issue shareholding.
