Universus Photo Imagings appoints Geeta Gilotra and Devendra Singh Rawat to its board

Universus Photo Imagings Limited, formerly Jindal Photo Imaging Limited, announced the appointment of Mrs. Geeta Gilotra as an Additional Director in the category of Whole-Time Director (Executive Director) and Mr. Devendra Singh Rawat as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director, both for a term of five consecutive years commencing November 4, 2026, to November 3, 2031, subject to member approval. Mrs. Gilotra has 34 years of experience in import-export operations and logistics, while Mr. Rawat brings 30 years of experience in finance and related fields.
