Ecoplast Ltd share price ticked higher by 1.92% to Rs 486.65 after the company's net profit plunged by 75.98% to Rs 0.8 crore, while revenue from operations gained 16.89% to Rs 73.93 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.
The market capitalization of Plastic Products - Industrial industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.45 lakh crore, rising 5.70%. It has improved by 1.59% over last one week and dipped slightly by 4.09% in last one month while the market capitalization of Ecoplast Ltd has softened by 0.84% and remained flat in the same period respectively.
Profit before tax (PBT) of Ecoplast Ltd stood at Rs 1.39 crore in Q3 FY26, nosediving by 57.23% year-on-year, and tumbling by 69.98% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 3 crore, slipping 8.93% YoY and crashing by 54.71% sequentially.
Total expenses jumped by 23.59% to Rs 72.71 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 54.17 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 26.15% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 7.86 crore, improving by 8.71% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew marginally by 6.40% to Rs 221.08 crore, while net profit declined by 15.24% to Rs 12.01 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 1705% to Rs 14.61 crore, and PBT fell 17.14% to Rs 16.0 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 2.09 crore in FY26, as against Rs 12.9 crore in FY25.
Ecoplast Ltd tumbled by 8.52% in last one year, performing in line with the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 8.41% during the same period.
