Laffans Petrochemicals to review quarterly, half-year results at November board meeting

Laffans Petrochemicals Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 13, 2026, to approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange. The trading window for designated persons will remain closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the results, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
