Yuken India to convene a board meeting to review financial results on November 13, 2026

Yuken India Limited, in collaboration with Yuken Kogyo Co. Ltd. of Japan, will hold a board meeting on November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The trading window for the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
