Midwest Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year and quarter ended September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The trading window for securities of the company will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
