Pennar Industries to review quarterly, half-year financials at November 13 board meeting

Pennar Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, both standalone and consolidated. The trading window for the company's securities was closed until 48 hours after the declaration of those financial results, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
