Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited will hold a board meeting on Saturday, November 7, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, of the current financial year 2026-27, according to a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange. The trading window for the company's securities will remain closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen on Monday, November 9, 2026, following the results’ publication.
