Prima Agro Limited informed the BSE Limited that Ms. Swati Gupta has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer, effective November 4, 2026. The resignation is due to the reconstitution of the Board of Directors following the demise of the existing Managing Director, and will be formally accepted at the next Board meeting.
