Equilateral Enterprises Limited, formerly Surya Industrial Corporation Limited, will hold a board meeting on November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone) for the half year ended September 30, 2026, and the limited review report on those results, as per Securities Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations. The trading window for company insiders will remain closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting.
