Cera Sanitaryware Limited announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Vikram Somany as Chairman and Managing Director for a period of 5 years, effective July 1, 2027, subject to member approval, and Anandh Sundar as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective February 12, 2027, also subject to member approval.
