Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd share price softened by 2.15% to Rs 1225.3 after the company's net profit expanded by 17.73% to Rs 64.95 crore, while revenue from operations reduced 12.56% to Rs 727.65 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd stood at Rs 119.98 crore in Q3 FY26, expanding by 45.20% year-on-year, and rallying 27.64% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 501 crore, surging by 62.76% YoY and jumping 32.28% sequentially.
Total expenses plunged by 34.87% to Rs 342.48 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 133.77 crore, registering a fall of 53.83% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 34.7 crore, rising by 7.53% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 27.89% to Rs 1912.87 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 340.45% to Rs 85.58 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 86471% to Rs 969.88 crore, and PBT surged 125.91% to Rs 134.98 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 1731.24 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1404.2 crore in FY25.
Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd soared by 41.18% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 8.41% during the same period.
