Hardwyn India appoints M/s. Amit H.V. & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years

Hardwyn India Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. Amit H.V. & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor of the company for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from FY 2026-27 till FY 2030-31, subject to member approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
