Rushil Decor Ltd share price declined by 1.92% to Rs 15.83. The Company's net profit saw a strong growth of 409.60% to Rs 10.09 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 28.97% to Rs 295.33 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Rushil Decor Ltd stood at Rs 10.59 crore in Q3 FY26, expanding by 40.64% year-on-year, and jumping 323.60% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 28 crore, surging by 28.91% YoY and rallying 62.05% sequentially.
Total expenses jumped by 25.76% to Rs 276.08 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 160.71 crore, advancing by 16.10% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 17.71 crore, registering a marginal contraction of 3.54% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations eased 3.98% to Rs 862.24 crore, while net profit tanked by 86.68% to Rs 6.38 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 9654% to Rs 64.38 crore, and PBT collapsed by 84.39% to Rs 9.76 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 88.74 crore in FY26, as against Rs 108.14 crore in FY25.
Rushil Decor Ltd nosedived by 39.98% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 9.87% during the same period.
