Shlokka Dyes Limited disclosed a deviation in the use of proceeds from its public issue dated October 15, 2025, for the half-year ended September 30, 2026, stating it utilized Rs 187.03 lakhs for purchases from vendors differing from those in the prospectus, Rs 110.11 lakhs for civil work, and Rs 3,625.44 lakhs for working capital against the allocated Rs 2,800.00 lakhs, resulting in a variation of Rs 825.44 lakhs. The company’s Audit Committee noted the expenditures were incurred for project implementation and operationalization and that the utilization was made considering business exigencies.
