Organic Recycling Systems seeks shareholder approval for BSE and NSE Main Board listing

Organic Recycling Systems Limited will seek shareholder approval on Friday, November 06, 2026, to migrate its equity shares from the SME Platform of BSE Limited to the Main Board of BSE Limited and for a direct listing on the Main Board of National Stock Exchange of India Limited, according to a regulatory filing. The company’s board will also consider and approve the introduction of an Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOP Scheme) for eligible employees and a draft notice of Postal Ballot along with an explanatory statement.
