Amber Enterprises subsidiary acquires remaining 40% stake in Power-One Micro Systems

Amber Enterprises India Limited announced that its material subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India) Limited, has completed the acquisition of the remaining 1,75,680 equity shares, representing a 40% stake, in Power-One Micro Systems Private Limited from Mr. Ramanna Rajesh Mayasandra, Mr. Harsha Venkatesh, Dwaith Advisory Private Limited and Mrs. Doddabidere Honappa Veena, pursuant to a Share Swap Agreement executed on October 18, 2026, making Power-One a wholly-owned subsidiary of IL JIN and a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Amber Enterprises India Limited; 1,76,000 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares A3 were allotted to the sellers as non-cash consideration.
