Dhoot Transmission Ltd share price softened by 1.52% to Rs 1520.45 after the company's net profit fell 11.19% to Rs 117.82 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 26.33% to Rs 1827.21 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Dhoot Transmission Ltd stood at Rs 156.86 crore in Q3 FY26, jumping 26.54% year-on-year, and declining 9.82% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 247 crore, rallying 52.46% YoY and surging by 20.46% sequentially.
Total expenses soared by 27.47% to Rs 1615.85 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1318.25 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 32.71% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 132.89 crore, witnessing a strong rise of 16.55% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 31.35% to Rs 4524.96 crore, while net profit registered a growth of 12.14% to Rs 396.84 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 59186% to Rs 672.24 crore, and PBT expanded by 12.70% to Rs 515.69 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 347.66 crore in FY26, as against Rs 320.21 crore in FY25.
