Axis Bank’s stock option exercise boosts paid-up capital by allotting equity shares

Axis Bank Limited announced the allotment of 175,962 equity shares of Rs 2 each on November 3, 2026, following the exercise of stock options under its Employee Stock Option / Restricted Stock Unit Scheme, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs 6,228,157,492 to Rs 6,228,509,416.
