Autofurnish secures Rs 10 crore overdraft facility renewal from Tata Capital

Autofurnish Limited said its board approved the renewal of an Overdraft (OD) facility of up to Rs 10,00,00,000 from Tata Capital Limited to meet working capital requirements, and appointed Nisha Nagarkoti as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, replacing Srishti Narang, effective November 3rd, 2026.
