Amber Enterprises India Limited announced that its material subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India) Limited, has completed the acquisition of the remaining 23,401 equity shares, representing a 1.50% stake, in Ascent Circuits Private Limited from Ms. Manju Thomas, pursuant to a Share Swap Agreement executed on October 18, 2026. As a result of the acquisition, IL JIN now owns 100% of Ascent Circuits, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of IL JIN and a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of Amber Enterprises India Limited, with 13,120 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares A 2 (CCPS A 2) allotted to the seller as non-cash consideration.
