Arihant Foundations to convene a board meeting for further NCD tranche approval

Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, 06th November 2026, to approve the issuance and allotment of a further tranche of Unlisted, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”) at par, on a private placement basis, continuing the approval previously granted by the board on 19th February 2026.
