Kamdhenu Ventures Limited remitted Rs 76,50,00,000 on November 3, 2026, to subscribe to 2,125 equity shares in its wholly owned subsidiary, Kamdhenu Colour and Coatings Limited, at a price of Rs 36,000 per share, following an earlier announcement and approval by the company’s Investment Committee.
