Fone4 Communications to review financial results at a board meeting November 6

Fone4 Communications (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 6, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited on November 3, 2026. The company also noted that the trading window for directors, promoters, designated employees, and connected persons is closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the unaudited financial results are declared.
