Vaxfab Enterprises engages ASGM & Co. for forensic accounting review of three financial years

Vaxfab Enterprises Limited has appointed M/s. ASGM & Co., Chartered Accountants, for an independent forensic accounting and investigation engagement covering the financial years ended March 31, 2023, March 31, 2024, and March 31, 2025, the company said in a filing on November 3, 2026. The audit follows a transition of management in April 2025, where historical financial records were not fully handed over, and concerns arose regarding GST notices and queries related to historical transactions. The engagement will include examination of financial records, verification of transactions, and assessment of internal controls, with a professional fee of Rs 300,000 plus applicable taxes and expenses.
