Simranfarms Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on November 14, 2026, at its registered office in Indore, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with the statement of assets and liabilities, cash flow statement, and limited review report. The company will also reopen the trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons after 48 hours of the financial results declaration.
