JNK India Limited secures Rs 300 to Rs 600 crore order from JNK Global Co., Ltd. for a Nigeria project

JNK India Limited has received a major order from JNK Global Co., Ltd., Korea, on November 3, 2026, for design and engineering, supply, and transportation of a Heater Package for an overseas project in Nigeria. The order, valued within the Rs 300 to Rs 600 Cr range according to the company’s project classification, will be executed over an 18-month period for FOB delivery. JNK India Limited noted that JNK Global is a promoter of the company, and the transaction, while classified as a related party transaction, is being conducted at arm’s length.
