Qualitek Labs to review financial results and association changes at November board meeting

Qualitek Labs Limited will hold a board meeting on November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the half year ended September 30, 2026, and a proposal for alteration of the company’s Memorandum of Association, according to a regulatory filing. The company also announced that the trading window for its securities has been closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain so until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
