Religare Enterprises sees Reserve Bank of India approve four directors' appointments

Religare Enterprises Limited said the Reserve Bank of India has approved the appointments of Dr. Anand Chand Burman, Mr. Aditya Chand Burman, Mr. Mohit Burman, and Mr. Jimeet Vipul Modi as additional directors to the company’s board, effective November 3, 2026. The appointments, initially announced November 13, 2025, are for a period not exceeding five years.
