Quality Ro Industries closes trading window ahead of financial results announcement

Quality Ro Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, along with a limited review report, and the trading window for equity shares has been closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are communicated to the BSE SME Platform.
