CG Power allotted 17,000 equity shares to employees under its 2021 ESOP plan

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited announced the allotment of 17,000 equity shares at an exercise price of Rs 610.10 per share to eligible employees under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 on November 3, 2026, increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 315,09,48,018 to Rs 315,09,82,018 comprising of 157,54,91,009 equity shares.
