Dollar Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, 12th November 2026, at its registered office in Kolkata to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (both standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026, along with the statement of assets and liabilities for the half year ended 30th September 2026. The trading window for the company's securities remains closed for directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the un-audited financial results are announced to the stock exchanges.
