Transport Corporation of India appoints Nishant Arya as director, Vijay Sankar to exit

Transport Corporation of India Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Nishant Arya (DIN: 00004954) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, effective November 3, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, and the cessation of Mr. Vijay Sankar (DIN: 00007875) from the same role upon completion of his two consecutive terms, effective November 3, 2026.
