Solar Industries India re-appointed Gandhi Rathi & Co. for five years, pending shareholder approval

Solar Industries India Limited announced the appointment of M/s Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as a joint statutory auditor, along with the re-appointment of M/s Gandhi Rathi & Co., for a five-year term from the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting in 2027 until the conclusion of the 37th AGM in 2032, subject to shareholder approval; M/s SRBC & Co. LLP will continue as statutory auditor until the conclusion of the 32nd AGM.
