Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited announced that its Stakeholder s Relationship Committee approved the allotment of 6,400 equity shares on November 3, 2026, pursuant to the exercise of stock options under the Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021, increasing the company's paid-up Equity Share Capital from Rs 1,44,70,46,205 to Rs 1,44,70,78,205.
