Quadrant Televentures' Resolution Plan approved by NCLT, ending Resolution Professional authority

Quadrant Televentures Limited informed the BSE Limited that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench-I, has approved a Resolution Plan for the company, effective November 3, 2026, thereby ending the authority of the Resolution Professional appointed under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code since September 2, 2025. The company had previously indicated it would submit unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, on November 4, 2026, and now states a Monitoring Committee will approve the results, which will be submitted to the exchange following the approval process.
